The newly renovated apartment is perfectly located in the heart of the Faena District, a 2 minute walk to the beach, few short blocks away from the world famous Fontainebleau Hotel, 1.5 miles away from Lincoln Road and the excitement and action of South Beach Art Deco District. The apartment will offer visitors the comfort of a home away from home.
The bedroom features a queen size bed, spacious closet, cable LED TV and an ensuite Italian marble bathroom with a walk in shower.
In the living room you will enjoy another cable LED TV, a very comfortable full size sleeper sofa and another closet.
A granite counter top with four comfortable stools divide the living room from the kitchen.
The kitchen is very well equipped with every amenity you may need if you decided to have a home cooked meal. New appliances, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, complete set of flatware, chinaware, wine glasses, etc.
