The full kitchen makes meal prep a breeze, and there’s plenty of room for everyone at the breakfast bar or dining room table. After a day of exploring, relax at home in the central air-conditioning with a little TV, a friendly game of foosball, or a board game. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. 2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool spa. An optional fee of USD 99 per day is available to be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Vacasa after booking to purchase pool spa heat for your stay. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
