The waterfront property offers a private swimming pool, screen protected sun deck and patio area as well as a boat dock on a wide sweet water canal. Great fishing right off the boat dock. This affordably priced, light flooded vacation home offers comfortable furnishings throughout and is located in a quiet, yet very convenient location, ideal for reaching grocery stores, shopping malls, family restaurants, bars, and cinemas within 5 to 10 minutes. Ft. Myers Beach or the dream islands of Sanibel and Captiva Island can be reached in about 30 minutes. At 365 acres, Four Mile Cove Ecological Preserve offers walking/hiking trails and seasonal kayak rentals and is only 10 minutes away. Beach chairs and an umbrella are yours to use. Several golf courses and our famous Sun-Splash Water-Park can be reached in under 15 minutes. This vacation villa has about 1,600 sq. ft. of living space .

Dear guests, I am always glad to meet you at Sunny Paradise. It is a real paradise, a lot of sun all day long, good deep pool and the house is nice renovated, furnished and decorated. I manage this property personally and you have 24 hours any assistance in case if something goes wrong. I am very friendly and welcoming host, however ,I have been running into issues lately. Please, before book the house read the house rules and policies to avoid misunderstanding and drag me and you into conflict. I definitely don't want to get a bad review and you ruined vacation. Unfortunately that happens from time to time. You can see a few negative reviews here because people rent the house and don't want to follow up the house policy which available and accessible on website. As a result, they begin to take revenge on me and write a bad review. I always welcome you and look forward to serving you at my wonderful Sunny Paradise.
