I am a former financial controller and the author of 2 published novels (Lazarus Cane and Michael Faust). My wife, Kendall, and I moved to the area in 2001, bought our first rental villa in 2002 and have slowly added properties ever since. Seaside is an oceanfront complex in walking distance from the Tiki Hut and Coligny Plaza, centrally located, but not over crowded. Direct beach access on the property. Biking is the most common form of transportation. Between biking and walking, you really don't need to drive anywhere unless you want to explore other parts of the island.
