No wall-to-wall carpets in this home - it's hardwood floors through and through! 14 Shore Point Drive is located on Sunset Island, Ocean City's most exclusive and sought-after vacation destination. This six-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath home boasts great bay views and is just a quick walk to private bay beaches, the Sunset Island fishing pier, and indoor and outdoor pools. The home has everything from bedding to kitchenware, chosen for your comfort and convenience. There are seven flatscreen TVs and seven DVD players throughout the property, plus free WiFi. Relax on any of the four private balconies - all are comfortably furnished and three of them have wide vistas of the beautiful bay! Gorgeously decorated and well equipped, you'll love the luxurious accommodations inside 14 Shore Point Drive. The property is truly one-of-a-kind, from the custom paint to the beadboard ceilings, right down to the beautiful furnishings.
Sunset Island is Ocean City's premier gated community, boasting luxurious amenities in an ideal location. Located only two blocks from the Atlantic Ocean, this 37-acre private community is surrounded by the bay on three sides, giving you tranquil scenery throughout the day and breathtaking views at sunset. On-site amenities include indoor and outdoor pools, a clubhouse, shoreline walking paths, bayside beaches, interactive fountains, and much more. All of this, and just a short drive from the Ocean City Boardwalk and world-class golf.
Things to Know
A building registration fee includes six facility passes and three parking passes. Additional facility passes are 70 dollars per pass, per person per week. Children three and under do not require a facility pass. The fees are the following: January 1 - April 30 and October – December 31 = 100 dollars. May 1 - May 25 = 150 dollars. Sunday before Memorial Day, May 26 to Saturday after Labor Day, September 7 = 200 dollars. September 8 - September 30 = 150 dollars.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 3 vehicles.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
