Looking to enjoy the peace and quiet of a bayfront setting yet still have easy access to Ocean City's fun and excitement? Escape to 35 Fountain 3B, a spacious, three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo in Sunset Island! Thoughtfully designed with vacation rental guests in mind, this lovely property is well-maintained and decorated with fine furnishings and bedding. Features include free WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious balcony, central air conditioning, a soaking tub in the master bathroom, and a full-size washer/dryer.
Sunset Island is Ocean City's premier gated community, boasting luxurious amenities in an ideal location that's central to all this resort town has to offer. This private, 37-acre island sits only three blocks from the Atlantic Ocean and is surrounded by the bay on three sides, giving you tranquil scenery throughout the day and breathtaking views at sunset. Facilities include indoor and outdoor pools, a clubhouse, shoreline walking paths, bayside beaches, interactive fountains, and much more - all just a short drive from the Ocean City Boardwalk and world-class golf.
Things to Know
Condo package pricing (each condo package has an additional 15 dollars fee paid to the condo association):
A building registration fee includes 6 facility passes and two parking passes (One pass is for a designated space in the parking garage 7’2 and one pass for parking on the clamshells). Children 3 and under do not require a facility pass. Additional facility passes are 70 dollars per pass, per person per week. The fees are the following:
Winter (January 1- April 30 and October 1 – December 31) = 75 dollars
Spring (May 1 - May 25) = 110 dollars
Summer (Sunday BEFORE Memorial Day, May 26 to Saturday AFTER Labor Day, September 7) = 150 dollars
Fall (September 8 - September 30) = 110 dollars
Occupancy limits strictly enforced by the community.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
