With the best views on Sunset Island, you can kick back and unwind with the whole world stretching out before you! This three-bedroom, two-bath condo is wonderfully decorated, bright, and spacious enough for everyone! The suite is just steps from the private walking path and just two blocks from the interactive fountains. Quiet and secluded, this is a Sunset Island experience you'll want to come back to time and time again. The home is very well furnished right down to its private balcony. The large kitchen and dining area are a great convenience while on vacation. There is storage for beach equipment, cable, free WiFi, and private parking for up to two vehicles. This wonderful home combined with all the classic amenities of Sunset Island make this a can't miss vacation experience.
This 37 Acre Gated Community is a private island community located on 67th Street. The condo and the community are ideal for a relaxing week at the beach. You'll be two blocks from the ocean, restaurants, mini-golf, the OC Bus, and shops. The Community features an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, three private beaches, boat slips, a crabbing pier, an island cafe and pool bar, a general store, 24-hour security with gated access, and an interactive fountain.
Things to Know
Condo package pricing (each condo package has an additional 15 dollars fee paid to the condo association):
A building registration fee includes 6 facility passes and two parking passes (One pass is for a designated space in the parking garage 7’2 and one pass for parking on the clamshells). Children 3 and under do not require a facility pass. Additional facility passes are 70 dollars per pass, per person per week.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
