Relax on the sleeper sofa while watching your favorite shows on the smart TV. An electric fireplace adds a warm ambience. KITCHEN & DINING Create delectable meals in the well-equipped kitchen, fitted with a full suite of appliances and ample counter space. When dinner is served, the kitchen table seats four. BED & BATH This condo sleeps seven guests between two bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. The primary suite has a king bed, a smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed, and the second bathroom has a tub/shower combination. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES Sip morning coffee on the private balcony off the bedrooms, complete with a two-person bistro table. The balcony off the living area has a patio swing and bar seating for up to eight. Shared with the adjacent condo, this space overlooks the waterway leading to the bay. EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS Complimentary Wi-Fi, central air-conditioning, and an in-unit washer/dryer are provided. Reserved parking is available for one car in the carport. Additional guest parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis in the adjacent parking lot. This single-level condo is located on the third floor. Elevators are not available. The larger balcony is semi-open to the balcony of the adjacent condo (there is a partial divider wall).

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 3. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
