*Please note that this home only allows minimum night stays of 7 nights or longer. This is enforced by the City and we cannot make any exceptions. This home features amazing views over the open gulf with beautiful sunsets! Located on 1/4 of an acre property completely fenced with gate, allowing plenty of parking for boat trailer. There is a new dock that can fit a large boat and a large swimming pool with tiki hut perfect for entertaining. Guests can use the 4 kayaks and paddles and life jackets and there is a small ramp perfect for launching them into the gulf

Marathon is just a short 6-mile drive away. Visit attractions such as the Aquarium of the Florida Keys, Turtle Hospital, the Dolphin Discovery Center, and Crane Point State Park.
