Located on a completely fenced 1/4 acre property, this home allows plenty of parking for a boat trailer. The new dock can fit a large boat, and the large swimming pool and tropical hut are perfect for relaxing after boating. Guests can use the four kayaks, paddles, and life jackets for water fun - launch straight off the small ramp.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. An optional fee of USD 32 per day is available to be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Vacasa after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 26 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
