Are you looking for the perfect home away from home for your next escapade with family and friends? Then, look no further than this two-story golf course-front home conveniently located to everything Port Aransas has to offer! Enjoy a prime location in the heart of the Palimilla Beach Golf Community and a short walk from the beach. You are also footsteps away from the resort pool and The Oasis. Find fantastic attractions within a short walk or drive, including Treasure Island, Chute 'Em Up Parasailing/Port A Parasail, Red Dragon Pirate Cruises, Leonabelle Turnbull Birding Center, and Mustang Island State Park.
Enjoy access to incredible amenities, including two elegant resort-style pools that are heated during our winter season. A designated area at the beach with food services and air-conditioned bathrooms. During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services.
Upon entering this bright and airy home, you will notice that all bedrooms are located on the first floor - each bedroom enjoys a smart TV with streaming services and an en suite bathroom. This floor also features a laundry area with a washer/dryer, which is ideal for longer stays.
The second floor offers a light-filled open floor plan that seamlessly combines the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The welcoming living room is all about comfort with inviting sofas throughout and a large smart TV with streaming services - curl up on your favorite armchair or on the extensive sectional and get ready for an exciting evening at home! From here, access a furnished balcony with views of the neighboring homes, which is a great spot to enjoy your morning coffee or read a book. The spacious kitchen is a chef's playground with all stainless steel appliances, including a double-door fridge, stove with a range, oven, built-in microwave, dishwasher, convection oven, and Keurig coffee maker.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
