Welcome to 48 Surf Avenue! This beautiful home, located in The Pines, features ocean views from the large third floor Great Room and deck. There are 6 en-suite bedrooms, 3 on the 1st floor (king bed w/ pull-out double, queen, and full over full bunks) and 3 on the 2nd floor (king, king, and queen). The house features a private elevator, a unique indoor beach shower from the rear entry, a 1st floor sitting area with wet bar, and a Game Room with ping pong, foosball, and shuffleboard. Includes 2 off street parking spots plus 2 parking permits. A great location, just steps across the street to the beach and public pickleball courts or a short walk to the great shops and restaurants in town!
