Fantastic outdoor spaces await at this three-story, three-bedroom home in Salvo, ideally situated a quarter-mile stroll from the beach. Spend your days sharing breakfast on the screened porch, gathering for lunch at the picnic table on the shaded deck, and catching unforgettable sunsets on the expansive roof terrace.
This home is conveniently located along Highway 12 in Salvo, just about two blocks from the Colony Drive Beach Access. When you're not surfing or beachcombing, you'll have access to the seasonal pool at Club Hatteras down the highway in Avon.
Coming home from the beach couldn't be easier here - rinse off in the outdoor shower, toss the day's swimsuits in the laundry room on the ground floor, and make yourself at home in central air throughout the house. The heart of the home is the second (middle) floor, where you'll do everything from flip pancakes in the kitchen to play cards at the dining room table in the evenings. The living room is also furnished with a smart TV and a DVD player for family movie nights.
Of the three bedrooms (all with TVs), one is on the main floor with an attached bathroom and two more are upstairs, sharing a hallway bath.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
