Private and spacious basement apartment with separate entrance. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 king with a king bed and futon that is convertible to a double bed, and the other room has a queen bed. Entertain yourself with a game of foosball or a show on the large screen TV. Kitchen is well equipped with cooking and bakingware.
We have rented out our basement regularly over the past 5 years and are happy to host guests in our basement apartment. We live on the main floor and are always available to help with your stay.
The house is in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood, and close to schools, parks, and shopping in the area. We are 5 minutes away from Eagle Mountain, 15 minutes from I-15, 25 minutes from Orem/Provo, and 45 minutes from Salt Lake.
