We are a property management company that focuses on the Guest experience in Downtown Breckenridge, as well as Ski-in / Ski-out properties located on Peak 8. We have the most ideal locations to offer, whether you want to be right on the mountain, or in Downtown Breckenridge in the heart of all of the activity. During your stay, we are available to the guests by phone or email if issues or unexpected needs arise. Our office is located off base, and although we have irregular business hours, we are close in order to assist and accommodate guest needs and requests.

Property information

The best thing about the Tannhauser complex is its central location on Main Street. You will be in walking distance to everything in Breckenridge, including shopping, grocery stores, parks, and the Gondola, which takes you up to the slopes. All Tannhauser units are stocked nicely with all you’ll need during your vacation in Breckenridge. You will love the views from Tannhauser, getting an incredible look at the 10 Mile Range and Main Street. Come stay with us at Tannhauser and you will find your affordable, downtown, vacation lodging for life! Due to unforeseen circumstances, the Tannhauser Homeowners Association has made the decision to close the outdoor hot tubs for much needed maintenance and possible replacement beginning March 15, 2020.
