Brand new fully remodeled 2000 sf modern farmhouse home in a highly desired location in Tempe, AZ. Everything is new from top to bottom including all furnishings. Other amenities include/not limited to: free wifi, 75" smart tvs, well appointed kitchen, Ninja blender and Kuerig coffeemaker with all coffee supplies included. Home includes huge covered outdoor patio with BBQ and seating. Gorgeous sparkling pool. This property is dog friendly for 1 dog up to 50 lbs for an additional fee.
We are ASU Alumni with a Daughter attending ASU as well. We are originally from San Diego and have found Tempe/Phoenix as a second home.
Welcome to the sleepy neighborhood of Gilliand, nestled just east of Hardy Drive. Fortunately, Parkside Dr is a not a thru street but a loop off of Hardy Dr. This allows for a serious lack of unnecessary traffic. This creates a quiet street scape for your enjoyment.
