Welcome to the Bird House in Fayetteville AR! We are located in a newer community on the South side of town. We are only 2 miles from the U of A campus & the City Square! We have a HOT TUB for guests to enjoy year round! The community is very bike friendly so bring your bikes with you as you can access the Razorback Greenway and many other trails directly from the home! Come enjoy your time in Fayetteville and discover the many comforts of the Bird House!
This is a two story, 3 bed, 2.5 bath, newer home. Downstairs you have an open concept home making it perfect for entertaining. Fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. The dining table seats 6 and there are 3 bar stools at the kitchen island. You also have a half bath conveniently placed in the downstairs hallway. Flat screen smart TV's are in all bedrooms and the living room. The sectional sofa also has a pull out queen size bed for additional sleeping.
Upstairs you will find all 3 bedrooms (1 king and 2 queens). Primary has a walk in closet with a dedicated workspace and private bathroom. The 2 guest bedrooms share a jack-n-jill full bathroom. Both bathrooms upstairs have plenty of linens.
