Located on two peaceful acres and just minutes from CWU and downtown, the Cowboy House is the perfect spot for your time in Ellensburg. Bring your dogs to run free in the fenced pastures, relax by the fireplace, and enjoy meals on the weather-protected porch. The driveway has two entrances and is a pull through, so trailers are welcome. You have access to majority of the 2 acres! Grass areas, the porch, and the pond pasture. We do have a garage, shop and a few storage sheds that are for our personal use so please do not access them. Also, anything locked is off limits. If you see sheep or other livestock behind a locked gate, feel free to say hi to them at the fence but do not go inside the pasture with the animals as they do like their personal space.
My husband and I have been married almost 10 years & are raising our 2 kiddos in Ellensburg and absolutely love it! We’ve been here for years and fall more in love with the scenery, community, & small town every day. We are entrepreneurs and own multiple businesses. We love dogs, being outside, hosting friends, and investing in the younger generation
