It boasts great views from the upper living area and wrap-around deck outside, and its modern and open interior will not disappoint. It has a well-appointed kitchen, 2 gas fireplaces and has disability access into the house as well as a walk-in tub.

Fishing Rock State Recreation Site is just a few steps away from the house at the west end of Fishing Rock Street. This hidden gem offers spectacular views just a short hike from the entrance where you can spot whales close to shore. Fogarty Creek State Recreation Area is a short drive south on Highway 101 where you will find public beach access.
