Perched within quick walking distance to a great swimming area at Burnet County Park, this quaint Burnet home exudes the coziest ambiance! Upon walking inside, you will immediately feel at home amidst the comfortable furnishings, open layout, and fun collection of mementos. A large smart TV is available in the living room for movie nights, whereas the kitchen boasts a full suite of appliances and all of the cookware you need to prepare delicious dishes. When you'd prefer to cook under the radiant Texas sun, fire up the gas grill on the deck.
Additional interior amenities you'll appreciate include a private washer/dryer, partial air-conditioning, and a board game collection.
Close to your stay, enjoy exploring Torr Na Lochs Vineyard & Winery, Devil's Waterhole, Inks Lake State Park, and Longhorn Cavern State Park. Canyon of the Eagles Nature Park & Resort is less than five miles away, giving you and your guests access to 940 acres of expansive country terrain to explore, as well as recreational activities to try. You're also near Burnet County Park's public boat ramp into Lake Buchanan. Considering there is room to park your boat at the house, you can be in the water within minutes! With it being the only publicly accessible way to access the lake during low water levels, it's a boon boat owners will surely appreciate.
Things to Know
Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.

Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
