This is a Newly built community neighbors are friendly. Restaurants are located 10-15 minutes away. We are 7 mins from LEGOLAND. Disney, Seaworld and Aquatica is 30 mins away depending on traffic. International drive is about 35 mins away it has clubs, attractions and Bars.
