You have to come see this inviting Game Day Retreat! 1.8 Miles to Bryant Denny. Relax and unwind at our comfortable and well equipped 4 BR/2BA home. This home has a King Bed, Queen Bed, two Double beds, and a day bed, and can easily accommodate 1-3 families. The home is equipped with granite countertops, stainless appliances, new flooring throughout, and is fresh off an interior makeover. 40" HDTV with surround sound. Cable and Wi-Fi included. Washer & Dryer are available in unit as well!
I'm a University of Alabama graduate from the business school where I majored in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate, and a minor in Economics. I moved back home to Mobile following graduation to take a job in the wholesale insurance space. My wife, Sadie, and I met shortly thereafter and are happy to share that we've started a family with the addition of our daughter "Emi". We look forward to sharing our home with you! This home is in the center of all the action! Before the tornado, this area was piece-milled together and the buildings lacked a general theme or functional layout. Though tragic, the blank slate that the tornado created has been seized by real estate developers and homeowner's alike. Despite the development the surrounding area has experienced, this street remains fairly quiet because it is not a "cut-through" for general commercial traffic. Walk to many restaurants and shopping! Moderately active guests can walk to campus on gameday, or take an Uber to your favorite spot to watch the game downtown. This home's central location to the city makes travel in any direction a breeze.
