Visit Winston-Salem, yet never feel you've left home. This stylish yet graceful one level newly remodeled home sits a block from Forsyth Country Club, two miles from Wake Forest University, two and a half miles from West End and Downtown. Tastefully decorated in the mid-century modern vibe, you'll discover elegant furniture choices and luxury bedding choices. We've stocked our home with every item you need. Enjoy coffee on the screened porch or dinner outside/grilling on the back porch.
My spouse of 35 years and I travel about a quarter of each year all over the world. We have tried to make our home feel as comfortable as being in your own. We enjoy fine wine, bourbon, and strong coffee. Hiking is our thing, as well as curling up in front of our fireplace with a good book. Every home deserves a fully stocked kitchen and a comfy mattress! Life is a journey and we hope this stop is a memorable one along yours.
Stately old oaks and sidewalks line the streets through one of Winston-Salem's premier neighborhoods, Buena Vista. Enjoy a stroll or a bike ride, or one of the many beautiful parks. Hop in your car and enter the gates of Wake Forest University in two miles, or in less than 10 minutes you can be enjoying the many breweries and restaurants that make up downtown Winston-Salem. Forsyth Country Club is quite literally across the street. If you are in town for a Wake basketball game or football game, you will arrive in five minutes driving time. Come for a day or a week... enjoy all the charm that staying in Buena Vista has to offer!
