From award-winning food and wine to outdoor recreation and family-friendly entertainment, the best of Sonoma County is within easy reach of this inviting Santa Rosa retreat. There is an in-home binder with winery maps. Feel free to take along the coolers and picnic basket for your afternoon outings as well. Complete with all the contemporary comforts of home, this sunny escape offers an ideal location on the north end of town, five miles from the Sonoma County Airport. Right on the edge of wine country, you're a short drive to Healdsburg, a wine epicenter, and within miles of some of the most interesting wineries and tasting rooms.
Families with children will find endless entertainment nearby at the Epicenter - the North Bay's largest all-in-one destination for sports, recreation, and amusements. The Charles M. Schulz Museum, Snoopy's Home Ice skating rink, and the Luther Burbank Center for the Arts are all within three miles of home. You'll also be well-positioned for day trips to the Russian River or Bodega Bay.
At home, relax with friends or family in the private backyard oasis featuring a furnished patio and gas grill.
A sofa, armchairs, and a smart TV are equipped for casual downtime in the living area. There's also a dedicated desk set up for remote working. The full kitchen makes it easy to plan home-cooked meals and a dishwasher is included for stress-free cleanup. Free WiFi and a private washer/dryer round out the everyday home essentials.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
