Charming 1938 Hill Country Home with modern amenities and lot's of history and outdoor covered areas to enjoy. Always decorated for the holidays.
We are the grand daughters of Chester and Anita Tatsch who purchased this property from the Kaiser’s in 1952 The home is currently owned by our parents Gene and Evelyn Tatsch. We have great memories spending many days and holidays in this lovely home. We enjoy sharing this home and its history with our guests.
Small town with restaurants, bar, park, grocery store, and shopping. Close to Historic Fredericksburg ,Texas where you can enjoy the Nimitz museum, shopping, golfing, and wine touring. Also close to Kerrville where you can enjoy museums, shopping and the beautiful Guadalupe River
