Our cozy 2-bedroom cottage is the perfect base for your Knoxville adventure. Whether you're here for a weekend getaway, a family vacation, or a business trip, you’ll find everything you need a short drive away. Located South of Knoxville's bustling downtown, a variety of restaurants, shops, and entertainment options await. Only 30 miles from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Minutes to South Knoxville's 1,500-acre Urban Wilderness, UTK, UT Medical Center and future home of the Smokies.
