It is located not even 1 mile from the beautiful Manasota Key Beach and nestled on a huge, private park-like property with your own private pond. It is located in a safe neighborhood and close to grocery stores, restaurants and many more. Pool Heat charged extra (100 Dollar + 13% Tax per week) Pool Heat settings to Pool 86 °F and Spa 104 °F.
