This well-appointed family-friendly retreat boasts a large wraparound deck with several rocking chairs, a small bistro table, a shuffleboard, a hammock, and an outdoor dining area. From here, guests can access the backyard - host a warm-weather barbecue using the gas grill and enjoy meals alfresco at the picnic table. Then, gather around the firepit for an entertaining evening telling fun or scary stories while roasting S'mores. Inside, find vaulted ceilings, exposed wood beams, floor-to-ceiling windows, and wood accents throughout. The open floor plan seamlessly combines the living and dining areas and the kitchen. Read a favorite book or listen to music as you unwind by the wood fireplace or stream a favorite series on the smart TV with Roku in the living area. The open kitchen has been fully appointed with modern stainless steel appliances, including a French-door fridge, a Zline stove/oven, dishwasher, a built-in microwave, and coffee maker. There is even an island with counter seating for additional dining space. The adjoining dining table is perfect for more formal meals. The main bedroom has another Roku TV and an en suite full bathroom with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. Additional perks include a washer/dryer in the hallway. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
