She sits proudly off the beaten path in a historical area that housed Texas’s first African American college. This space has its own separate entrance & covered patio. Let her be your home away from home for the weekend. The studio is a completely remodeled 14x14 efficiency. Equipped with a new bathroom she’s been gutted head to toe. She has a fridge, crock pot, air fryer, waffle maker & Keurig. You’ll be self checking in & entering into the left side private deck with the yellow doors. While we live local, we strive to offer our guests complete privacy. However we’re always just a phone call away. The end of this street contains the 1st African American College in TX & historical landmarks. You’re also just a walk away to the fair grounds & several convenient stores. This studio has a shared wall with the adjoining main home but offers a private entry & deck. She is part of a duplex with her own private cozy space.
