With a wrap-around deck equipped with a convenient outdoor dining area and a few beach chairs, a spacious, fully-equipped kitchen, and a location within walking distance of the beach, this family-friendly home is ready-made for Orange Beach family reunions or group getaways. The condominium amenities include a beachside outdoor pool, indoor heated pool, sauna, grill area, tennis court, sun deck, fitness room, and private beach boardwalk.
This vacation rental offers guests a prime location you won't find anywhere but here. Drive less than a mile west and visit downtown Orange Beach where you will find a plethora of dining options for all tastes. Highway 59 is home to an array of family-friendly options and activities that include the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, The Track, The Park at OWA, Waterville USA, and more! If you're looking for an outdoor adventure, make sure to visit the Gulf State Park with multiple trails for outdoor activities. Orange Beach Marina and Zeke's Marina offer fishing charters, dolphin cruises, and watersport rentals.
THINGS TO KNOW
The Palms condominium will be under construction from October 2025 through February 2026. Construction workers and equipment will be on site during this time period. Walkways and access, as well as parking, may be blocked and rerouted as needed. Construction noise will be audible during daytime working hours. Dust will also be airborne during work involving grinding and drilling.
