Pointe Us to the Beach - Unit 311 is a spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom premier luxury condo in a stunning resort condo community in Rosemary Beach. This 1st floor condo is spacious and inviting with its open concept kitchen, living and dining spaces. The kitchen is beautifully designed with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and a large island with three bar seats. The dining table can accommodate six guests and is open to the living space which is complete with a gas fireplace and flat screen TV. Stacked washer and dryer are in unit as well.
The Primary suite has a king size bed and private en suite which includes a soaking tub, walk in shower and two sinks. The Primary suite includes an office desk for those who choose to work remotely, and additionally has a private access to a pool side patio.
The second bedroom has a king size bed and en suite with a soaking tub, walk in shower and two sinks.
The third bedroom has two queen size beds and shared bathroom with a walk in shower and single sink, additionally this bedroom has a private patio, only accessible through this guest bedroom.
