Welcome to The Ponderosa Paddle! Located in Blue Lake Springs and Walking Distance to Snowflake Lodge! Now with new bedding and furnishings. With 3 bedrooms and 2 baths + a spacious great room, there is plenty of room for all to gather. The light and bright great room comes equipped with a gas log stove to keep you warm and cozy during those winter months. Whip up a mountain meal in the fully equipped kitchen and then adjourn to the bunk room for a rousing game of billiards. Enjoy the sunsets from the back deck set amongst the pines after a fun filled day at the rec center with lake access, pool, tennis/volleyball/basketball and bocce ball courts (guest fees apply). Close to Bear Valley Ski Resort, Big Trees State Park, Stanislas River, Arnold Rim Trail and the quaint town of Murphys for fine dining and wine tasting. Sleeps 9 guests in 3 bedrooms. The first 2 bedrooms are located on the main level, one with a King Bed and one with a Queen Bed. The third bedroom/bonus room is downstairs with 2 sets of Bunk/Trundle Beds, for a total of 6 Twins. There are 2 full bathrooms - one on each level. Amenities - Pool Table, Games, 4 TVs, DVD player, WiFi, , NEW A/C and heating, Gas Log Stove, Gas BBQ (propane provided), Deck Furniture, Washer and Dryer, and Access to Snowflake Lodge (fees apply). Linens and towels provided. Maximum 10 guests, 9 in beds. No dishwasher, No smoking, no check-ins on Christmas Day or Easter Sunday.
