You will be within walking distance of Lake Livingston.
Luxury abounds at home with a multitude of perks and thoughtful details. High ceilings soar, and stylish living space spans over 2,400 square feet. A gas fireplace provides added allure. Unwind into vacation mode and catch up on your favorite shows on the smart TVs.
A gourmet kitchen will impress even the most discerning chefs. Upscale stainless steel appliances like a French-door fridge and a six-burner gas range. Ample granite countertop space includes a large kitchen island, making it easy to prep meals for your entire group. Extras include a Keurig machine with coffee pods and creamer, charcuterie boards, a crock pot, a blender, a mixer, baking equipment, a juicer, a toaster, and spices.

Streaming services are available with guests' own accounts.
To access the shared pool, you must pay an additional fee of 90 dollars/week for up to six guests. It is within two miles of the vacation rental.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
This Vacasa Guestworks vacation rental is operated and managed locally by an independent host.
Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
