We are a small but professional company operating properties as short term rentals throughout South Florida. Our goal is to provide all of our guest with a great experience in South Florida by giving them a fully functional and neatly cleaned apartment with fast and friendly customer service at an affordable price. We strive to redefine lodging by giving guest a place that feels like more like home where you do not have to pay for daily fees for services you do not use. We have 24/7 virtual reception, a very easy contactless check-in and check-out process, and the room will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival.

Property info

The property is a remodeled 34 unit apartment complex with different type studios, elevator, a hangout rooftop and catwalk style entrances. The Location is phenomenal and only a block away from the beach. At Lowkl we operate as a short term rental apartments. This means you will get access to your apartment via codes given to you prior to arrival and you will receive all of the information needed. We have a 24/7 virtual reception ready to assist you at anytime and always someone is nearby incase you need us. As with most short term rentals, we do not provide housekeeping daily or change of linen and towels. However you do have laundry machines in the building and you can also schedule a cleaning if you need it for a fee.

Neighborhood info

We have a unique location that guest's love. We are located at the most northern part of South Beach in a mostly residential area and high end hotels such as the Edition, Fontainebleau, and the Faena. We are a block away from the beautiful beaches of South Florida, and have the intercoastal on the west side. The great advantage to our location is that while you are either a 10 minute walk or a 5 minute drive to most things South Beach has to offer, you are away from the traffic, loud noises, and craziness of South Beach. There is plenty of restaurants, shopping, and other things to do within walking distance.
