Enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a fridge, stove, dishwasher, air fryer/toaster over and mini bar fridge as well as a cozy gas fireplace with a Roku TV for those cooler evenings. For outdoor enthusiasts, the property includes paddleboards, a canoe, an adult kayak and a child's kayak, cornhole, allowing you to explore the beautiful waters of Leavitt, Berry and Broad Bays. Constitution Park is a town park 1.5 miles away with tennis, paddleball courts, a playground and softball mound, as well as walking trails. Washington are within an hours drive. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
