Our luxurious Spruce villa is located on our private 85+ acre mountaintop within the Pisgah National Forest. We're only minutes away from The Great Smoky Mountain National Park, Harmon Den Wildlife Area, Max Patch, Cataloochee Ski Area and The Blue Ridge Parkway where you can hike, bike, fish, raft, birdwatch, ski, and trek to your hearts content.

Experience true peace and quiet on our private 85-acre retreat that feels worlds away from everything. In reality, we're only 20-25 minutes from amazing shops, restaurants, breweries, galleries and cultural events. Though we're in the mountains, you won't need 4-wheel drive to access our property. There are paved roads all the way to your villa.
