Want to enjoy Bentonville like a local? Our comfortable, modern, self-contained studio guesthouse is perfect for you. Centrally located to explore everything Bentonville has to offer. And thats a lot! Fully equipped with a kitchenette when you want to whip up and quick meal or snack. It’s stocked with a Braun coffee maker, coffee from Bentonville brewer Airship, a mini-fridge, freezer, microwave, and essential cookware. To make your stay even more hassle-free, there's a full laundry room.
I am the owner of Whiteline Designs, which is an interior design firm in Downtown Bentonville. We have three downtown properties, Whiteline Studio is our back house and it is very private, The June on 5th is an awesome 3 bedroom home on the SW side of the square and the Willa on 7th is our newest location. The Willa is a 2 bedroom and can host up to 5 guests and is near the trails and museums. We live in the front house of the Studio location with our dog June! You may see us on walks so feel free to interact, but we will respect your privacy during your stay. Our properties are all located near Bentonville square. They all are very close to the Momentary Museum, Crystal bridges, bike trails, restaurants, and coffee shops! I love all the locations! I hope you enjoy whichever one you choose, the art, and the design. I loved designing these spaces and I really enjoy hosting you. Thank you for booking with us! With a private entry and a personalized entry code, your check-in is seamless, but don't hesitate to reach out. We are happy to answer questions, give restaurant tips, or any questions about the area.
Our property is very private and quiet. Located near Bentonville Square. Very close to Crystal Bridges, bike trails, restaurants, and coffee shops! I love all the location!
