The beach is within walking distance and can be accessed via 150 stairs (with easier access points available within a short drive north or south). For surfing short or longboards, the beach adjacent to Olivia Beach has an excellent sandbar setup. The nearby community center also includes a rock-climbing wall, two large pools, a basketball court, and a gym. Take in peekaboo ocean views from one of three decks that extend from each level of this three-story home. Lounge on the gated side patio, or sip morning coffee on the front porch. Inside, multiple living areas offer plenty of space to stretch out and relax - two fireplaces provide cozy warmth on crisp coastal nights.
