Multiple public access points including Pony Pasture, Huguenot Flatwater and Reedy Creek. A great three-four hour tubing or kayaking float runs from Pony Pasture put in to Reedy Creek, both less than 3-9 minutes away from this home. Texas Beach, a popular local hangout on the James River, is just over the bridge on the north side. You’re only a ten minute drive to The Fan, Carytown, and Museum District. Just over the bridge, take a stroll around Byrd Park or the beautiful gardens of Maymont. Also only 10 minutes to all of the sights and sounds of Downtown Richmond and Shockoe Bottom. Chesterfield and Midlothian are only a 15-20 minute drive, as well.
