Experience the historic town of Wallace at this beautiful 3 bed 1 bath home located just 1 mile from downtown. Whether you’re hitting the slopes at Silver Mountain, touring the local mines, riding the Hiawatha Trail, or just exploring the downtown boutiques. The home also has 2 portable AC units which easily cool this gem during the hotter summer months.
The backyard at the Wallace Gem is meant for your enjoyment during your stay. We realize that the hot tub and fire pit may be a couple reasons you chose to stay with us, and we want you to take full advantage of both, however please be respectful of the neighbors when using the backyard space.
****Important Information below****
Quiet Time hours at the Wallace Gem are 10pm-8am. Guests are not permitted to be in the backyard after 10pm or before 8pm. This includes no use of the hot tub or fire pit, or loud music. Unfortunately due to noise complaints from prior guests we had to put these rules into effect.
Any violation of this rule will will result in being asked to leave the property prior to your agreed checkout date. Guests will also not receive any type of refund if asked to leave early due to noise complaints.
The neighbors want you to enjoy your time here as well so please be respectful of the place they call home.

Little bit about me: I am a Fire Captain and Paramedic for the past 22 years. I enjoy everything outdoors which I think I have in common with many of you.
