Veronica and I met on an online dating service, back in 2013. We have rarely been apart since our first date. We produce live theater in Los Angeles and manage rental properties, here and in a few other areas. We live in Los Angeles with our 3 crazy and lovable dogs, Delilah, Henry and Norman. We like to give our guests as much space as they need. if they should have any questions or concerns, all they have to do is message us and we will get back to them as soon as possible.

Property information

There is simply nothing like this spacious, high ceilinged, 1 bedroom loft, located in the heart of DTLA. Upon entering you're transported into what can be best described as "Rock N Roll Green Room Chic", with its deep blue walls and 12 foot curtains. On the entrance wall sits a gallery of the worlds greatest musicians. The bedroom is decked out in gold and brown satins to help glitz up your night. A sleeper sofa is available as well. Amenities include our rooftop pool, gym and free parking.

Downtown LA is experiencing a rebirth, as the city has begun pumping billions of dollars into the area to attract both locals an tourists.New restaurants, cafes and stores have begun popping up over the last couple of years. Also, guests are minutes away from multiple live music venes like the Theatre at the Ace Hotel, The Orpheum, The Belasco and The Mayan.
