This polished, air-conditioned space also features oceanfront views, a full kitchen (with a dishwasher), a private washer/dryer, and TVs in the den and both bedrooms. This oceanfront condo is wonderfully located on the quieter, north side of Ocean City, just across the dunes from the beach. You'll be two short blocks from Coastal Highway and its many shops, restaurants, and attractions, and a quarter-mile east of Northside Park's sports fields, fishing lagoon, two playgrounds, picnic area, two piers, gazebo, walking and jogging paths, and regular events. Things to Know Full kitchen New Central HVAC System (2025) No pets and no smoking allowed *Please note the following: This retreat features a den/sunroom that can be used as another bedroom/private sleeping area for your convenience. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
