It is a newly painted Basement. With new tile. A separate sleeping space. A eating area. A living room area with a sofa sleeper & a couch. T.V. with a firestick. A hot& cold water cooler, coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge. Washer & Dryer available.
I enjoy hosting guests an affordable space. Also love running, traveling to the beach and spending time with my family. I'm a Para at an elementary school.
Arvada is a central place. We are 20 minutes from Red Rocks, Boulder and Downtown Denver. 30 minutes to DIA. A easy 15 minutes to Rhino. We also have Olde Town Arvada that is 5 minutes away. It has lots of restaurants,bars, and shops.
