This service is non-refundable and subject to availability. • Additional parking is not available on-site; guests needing extra spaces must arrange alternative parking in the area. Guest Screening: • For the safety and security of all residents and guests, a brief guest screening is required before check-in. • Reservations may be canceled if the screening is not completed or not approved.
