The Topsail Dunes community boasts gorgeous views of the Atlantic Ocean as well as an oceanfront community pool, playground, basketball court, bocce ball court, horseshoe court and grilling area. (Community Pool open Memorial Day to Labor Day, subject to HOA's discretion.)?*Please note: There are NO elevators in this building.*
