We are a group of nine 1-bedroom apartments inside a newly built thirty 1-bedroom apartment building (August, 2024). The nine units are designated as tourist homes licensed by the city of Richmond. It's off I-64 exit 193a, in a quiet and upcoming new development residential area - Church Hill North. A short walk to the newly built Bon Secours Hospital Complex, it is less than 2 miles drive to the Richmond downtown area, home to many museums, events and conferences, and of course, popular restaurants and bars.

Neighbourhood information

It's an old neighborhood being transformed with new apartment buildings. It's quiet, Newly built Bon Secours Hospital Complex, near 25th Street are VCU medical building. Looks like a healthcare hub being evolved. If you go down south towards the lower numbered streets, you are heading downtown. There are so many restaurants and bars in trendy nearby city streets.
