Property information

We are a group of nine 1-bedroom apartments inside a newly built thirty 1-bedroom apartment building (August, 2024). The nine units are designated as tourist homes licensed by the city of Richmond. It's off I-64 exit 193a, in a quiet and upcoming new development residential area. A short walk to the newly built Bon Secours Hospital Complex, it is less than 2 miles drive to the Richmond downtown area, home to many museums, events and conferences, and of course, popular restaurants and bars.

Neighbourhood information

The apartment building is located in the economic development zone, a few minutes' walk to the newly built Bon Secours hospital complex and VCU medical extension facilities. It's mainly residential areas, easy access to highway I-64. The area is being transformed for better. If you go down the south towards the downtown, you will see more activities like a city that should have. We are on the N. 28th Street, go down towards streets bearing smaller numbers, i.e. 2nd street.
