Each vacation home is always cared for by our professional local teams who implement our high cleanliness and maintenance values, while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management--marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website--are handled by a specialized central support team. Less than a half-mile from the beach and boardwalk, and within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and attractions, this family-friendly home offers the perfect choice for your next getaway. Lake Gerar Park is right in your backyard, or go for a hike at Gordons Pond State Park, around two miles away. If you’d rather spend the day on a lazy river, Jungle Jim’s water park is around two miles away.
Start the day outside on your patio, watching the birds while you sip your morning coffee. Inside, you’ll find an open space, featuring hardwood floors, abundant natural light, and a floor plan designed for spending time together. Step into the full, well-equipped kitchen to whip up mealtime masterpieces, then serve up your culinary creations at the large, window-front dining table or breakfast bar. Even better, dine alfresco on the patio, enjoying the private tree-lined yard and patio bird feeders.
After a day on the beach, come home to cool off in the central AC while the washer/dryer makes quick work of the day’s laundry. Stream the latest release on any of three TVs or catch up on any remote work at the dedicated desk area with the help of the free high-speed WiFi. Cuddle up in front of the gas fireplace with some cocoa before calling it a night in any of four well-appointed bedrooms, including a primary suite with direct patio access and a private bathroom.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Guests must use personal logins for streaming services.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
