This is a single family home in a quiet, friendly neighborhood with a driveway, garage, lawn, backyard, deck, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, living room with smart TV, fireplace, dining room and table, washer and dryer, and office desk. It's close to downtown Glenwood Springs, Sunlight ski mountain, river rafting, the hot springs, and Adventure Park. The kitchen is stocked with cookware and dinnerware so you can cook and eat at home.

I own and operate this rental house with my partners. They live in Glenwood and I live in Carbondale. We love hosting people from all over the world to give them access to our beautiful town of Glenwood Springs with all its possibilities for outdoor adventure and sightseeing. We are available to answer any questions about your stay or the local area.

The house is in a small, quiet, and safe neighborhood in South Glenwood Springs. There are only 2 streets in our subdivision so very little traffic. The roads are paved and plowed so any vehicle can make it in the winter. You can walk to the river trail from the front door. It's a 5 minute drive to downtown and the Glenwood Hot Springs, Adventure Park, restaurants, and nightlife. Aspen and Snowmass are a 45 minute drive. The closest airport is EGE Eagle Vail.
