「bedroom set up was great. Unit is large with great sunlight. we had an issue with the heat and the owner was very responsive and communicative and had it promptly fixed. street parking was easy to find.」

Hi There! We are Gabe and Jon, great friends and Philadelphia natives. We both spend a lot of time traveling and love meeting new people from all walks of life and different cultures. When at home in Philly we are always on the lookout for new restaurants and bars to try out, hitting Sixers, Eagles, Flyers, and Phillies games, and exploring some new and ever -changing neighborhoods in our city. Since we caught the travel bug, we have started hosting great guests and getting to know new friends from all over the world. Come stay with us, we’d love to host you in Philly!

throughout the property, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances

without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is privacy compliant and is

If our exterior ring cameras and/or noise monitors alert us that more than the stated number of guests are on premises or a noise disturbance has occurred, we reserve the right to cancel any existing reservation immediately

6)You must have valid govt ID, phone number and address on file.

7)We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. There will be a minimum $100 handling fee for returning requested items to you. Shipping and packaging will be charged at cost. Items will be kept for 5-days. After which time they will be donated at management discretion.

8)Unfortunately, we do not allow late checkout to respect our cleaner's schedules. A fine of 50% of the upcoming night's stay will be imposed for a late checkout between 30 minutes and 2 hours past checkout time. Any checkout beyond 2 hours late will be charged at 2x the upcoming night's stay.

9)Please let us know if something needs our attention at check-in, or any time during your stay.

If we don't know about it, we can't fix it! =)

10)Powder room sink on first floor is very tiny, please only turn on faucet very lightly or water will splash all over.
